LIFE COACHING: WHAT TO EXPECT?

Regardless of the program you choose to pursue, one of the key principles in my coaching is that these are not one-off sessions. You’ll have my WhatsApp number and you’ll be free to message, voice note, send questions, updates etc. between sessions. Similarly, if I find any resources (podcasts, videos, books) that I think might support you on your journey I’ll send them through as well.
SESSION RECAP DOCUMENT
After every session I send through a summary document which you’re free to alter, edit and add in your own notes. In this document I include some take-homes to do before the next session (ex.: tools to try out, questions to fill out, something to read through, think about, listen to etc.) in order to make sure you keep making strides in your journey.
Weekly sessions
Both 1:1 coaching programs include weekly sessions in order to keep up moment, keep up engagement and allow us to check-in on what tools are working for you and which ones aren’t. This allows us to make progress faster, as we both use your personal experiences throughout the journey as a way to learn more about what would work for you and what wouldn’t.
